  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information (where available).

We ship orders using trusted courier and cargo services, including:

  • Asia Cargo

  • Leopards Courier (when available)

The shipping method will be selected based on your delivery location, package size, and the most suitable shipping option.

Delivery Time

Within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

International Orders:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and the selected shipping service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped, where tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Knife Industry PK is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will coordinate with Post X, Asia Cargo, or Leopards Courier to investigate the shipment and assist you as quickly as possible.
